Mad Jack IPA
Mad Jack IPA

Mad Jack is about the precise balance of citrus flavors. It has notes of lemon zest and grapefruit. It’s unfiltered for the pleasure of natural aromas without loss.

  • Malts: Maris Otter Pale Ale, Caramalt

  • Hops: Centennial, Simcoe, East Kent Goldings

  • Flavour: Balanced and refreshing

  • Appearance: Gold yellow haze

Mad Jack Bitter

A beautiful balanced Bitter. Malty bitterness combined with a touch of hops.

  • Malt: Marris Otter, Pilsener Malt, Caramünch

  • Hops: Target, Northdown, Citra

  • Flavour: Bitter malt with a touch of raspberry

  • Appearance: Dark ruby red

Ale

Ale with a subtle taste of honey, berrys and malt

  • Malt: Marris Otter

  • Hops: East Kent Goldings, Northdown, Fuggles

  • Flavour: Malty honey with a touch of Berrys 

  • Appearance: Hazy golden red

Pale Rider

Traditional old recipe, complex in structure with malty freshness and a touch of citrus flavors.

  • Malt: Marris Otter, Caramünch

  • Hops: Nothdown,  East Kent Goldings

  • Flavour: Balanced citrus flavours

  • Appearance: A sunset haziness

Stout

Complex dark malt give hints of freshly roasted coffee and melted chocolate. It’s full bodied with smooth bitterness. Softly luxurious with a hint of caramel.

  • Malts: Maris Otter, Roasted Barley, Chocolate Malt, Caramalt, Oates

  • Hops: Northdown, East Kent Goldings

  • Flavour: Soft malts, warmed toffee

  • Appearance: Dark smooth velvet
